The salon has really gone down hill, it was freezing in there, everything was falling apart and looked dated. The therapist didn’t make me relaxed at all, there was no music, heating or comfort. The treatment (cream)was freezing which would be fine if the room was warm. She then burned my lip with the devise and I jumped. My skin was glowing after but it wasn’t wasn’t a pleasant experience and I won’t be returning. For £30 it was very disappointing.

My first time here and first hot wax. Very happy overall. the therapist was lovely and I felt very comfortable. I did have some wax left on me afterwards (more than I expected) but maybe that’s normal for hot waxing?? I’d only had strip wax before so I don’t know whether it’s realistic to expect ALL the wax to be removed... It was a little pricier than I’d hoped for, but not that far above other places and I got an appointment very last minute, so I was happy.
