Ladies' Waxing
Enormously disappointed!!! My appointment was for 11 am, arrived 10.50 but all doors were closed. Waited and called at 10.56 but only the answering machine was at work. Left a message that I am outside, waited 15 more mins and no one opened the door or called back. Left only to receive a call at 11.50 asking me why I was not there for my 11 am appointment! The lady explained she was there but downstairs... do not book if you don’t have time to waste.

The salon is nice and the therapist was very friendly.
However, she unfortunately did not listen to me when I asked for my eyebrows to simply be tidied up. She waxed too much away from the existing shape, making them far too thin. She then proceeded to wax the tops of my eyebrows, leaving a noticeable dip/gap on my right hand eyebrow at the top, having allowed the wax to spread too far onto the eyebrow.
My eyebrows and surrounding area were still full of wax when I left because no effort was made to wipe away the excess wax. I therefore didn’t even realise what a terrible job had been made of my eyebrows until I wiped them with toner myself, picked out the excess wax and brushed them out.
Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and has put me off eyebrow waxes for life. I would not recommend having your eyebrows waxed here.
