The salon was very pleasant and the service was excellent. My therapist gave great explanations of the facial process as we went (me being a newbie to the whole thing) but maintaining a calm and relaxing atmosphere. She explained products I could use at home but wasn’t pushy about making extra purchases.

Manicure doesn’t come with soak off, there isn’t an option to book a soak off & manicure which is annoying , thankfully I was able to be accommodated. Room was lovely, staff were great.
