I had a mixed experience overall - I was happy with my manicure but unfortunately the technician cut into my big toe while treating my cuticles - this left the skin throbbing and painful for the duration of my treatment which was not ideal. I am also not confident whether the equipment is sterilised and cleaned between each customer, the footbath that was used had lots of floating residue in the water..

Not much choice for Shellac colours. Charges to take off previous shellac even if it was originally put on there. Gap between nail and varnish.
