I paid in full on treatwell but was told by Tracey that I had paid treatwell and not her and needed to get my £90 back from treatwell and then rebook and give her a deposit. Why when I had already paid in full? Tracey then cancelled on treatwell and i got a refund (5 days later) and rebooked the appointment. The relaxer didn't take where the scalp protector was, but Tracey denied this. I then wanted to leave and offered to pay her but she lost her temper and PHYSICALLY PUSHED ME OUT THE DOOR.
