The waxing treatment was very thorough although it took quite a long time compared with other waxes I have had. They were also running about 15 minutes late. Very clean and friendly though.

The salon was clean and cosy and the staff was kind and polite. To be honest I was expecting a better service regarding the waxing as after that I still had some remaning hair.

I wouldn't recommend this place for waxing. I had a brazilian wax and the woman ripped my skin several times. She was very lovely and apologised, but I don't expect to get my skin ripped my a professional!! There were loads of patches of hair left, and the appointment took longer than usual. As I left, her boss looked at me with a wincing expression and said 'was that ok?' as if she knew that her staff were under-trained/not very good at waxing. I imagine this place is fine for laser (I don't know...) but NOT for waxing! I was then charged the full amount and would've expected some sort of offer of a discount as courtesy. Won't go back.
Brazilian Waxing
Radiance is a lovely salon, with really friendly staff who are very professional. My Brazilian wax was perfect, done very efficiently and felt totally at ease. Will definitely be making this a regular go to!

It was okay I had a hot waxing (half leg and bikini line) and was ok, spot a couple of hairs once got home which were not removed perfectly
