Very welcoming on arrival, Offered me a drink of my choice and started treatment very prompt. Was my first time getting any type of Waxing (Had Bikini Line, Under Arm & Half Leg) The therapist was very clear of the steps and involved me in the decision making to make me as comfortable as possible. She did a great Job and even went over some parts twice to get a clean finish and gave great advice for my aftercare Will be back next month or earlier they offer a lot of high end treatments

Very impressed with how they went about treating me. Very careful and considerate as I have sensitive skin. Loved the cleanings and the clinic itself looks so good. With some of the treatments esp the Laser Hair Removal they gave me additonal service for free. Really appreciate the effort they made. Few occasions I came in very late but they remained opened for me even though it is was past closing time and they had to spend an hour on me. They didn't rush and all stayed back till all my treatemnts were completed. Thanks radiance for your condersation that's what you call value and great service.

I've had a variety treatments, each time it's been really really good. First thing you notice how clean and hygienic it is. Certainly one or two steps above some of the others I have been to in local area. Each treatment was so well done. Very nervous initially about laser hair treatment but have to say they really were so good. It did what it said was actual proper hair removal and since then my hair has never come back. My friend has come and each time she gets properly pampered . Thank you Radiance Skin Care and Laser Clinic. I've just bough vouchers for my friends.
