It is a bit annoying when an appointment is made and we arrive on time and we're then told the stylist is not ready. I was glad someone else was then found when I said I didn't want to wait and Omar was great.

I had a good experience at HWS today - semi permanent was quick and effective ,blow dry could have been more thorough- colour was nice
