Had my first treatment with you last week. I was really disappointed with the outcome of my colour and felt rather uncomfortable during my visit.I understand that an exact colour match is unlikely but came away with an entirely different look. It would have been nice to have had more of an explanation as to what I could expect. I felt it was difficult to express my concerns without being told “I’m a professional” and “you’ll love it” being thrown at me.
