I cannot recommend Amy enough. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. Amy was very kind, very welcoming and it was hands down the best massage I've had. It was the complete opposite of a generic by the book massage, and I felt that she got to know my body and what it needed. Absolutely wonderful.

I've seen Amy a number of times over the years and each time she has left me feeling lighter, relaxed, and truly looked after! She exudes warmth and kindness, is attentive in the consultation and tailors the massage to suit your needs in the moment. She remembers things that come up from previous massages and brings them in to the next - including incorporating singing bowls either side of my head so I could properly tune out and into a state of blissful, zen mindfulness.

I had a profound experience with amy for reiki massage I usually struggle to relax and really let my energy go on these spaces but with amy I completely melted and the energy healing was really felt and revived the massage was relaxing and perfect pressure and the sound bath afterwards just topped everything off as perfect. I left feeling so vibrant and energised yet balanced. It was wonderful.
