I have left similar reviews before, but in a nutshell, I cannot fault the treatments or the staff/therapists.
However, the situation and facilities of the 'relaxation lounge' and the outside noise disturbance in the treatment room is always a disappointment. If it wasn't for the Wahanda offers, then I would travel further afield.
I am happy to discuss these issues with venue management and think that the Spa Staff do their very best to work with what they have.

the lady at reception culd have been a but more friendly, she could have explained that i would need a £5 deposit for the locker rooms as i didnt knwo this and it wasnt until i was undressed that it became apparant.

Excellent messages and reasons le food. Staff was was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there were too many people at the same time for breakfast and the facility was not big enough. Waiters were rushing around and it was not very clear what one was supposed to do.
I found this experience much better than my last visit. My therapist was excellent in both massage technique and pressure and customer service. I appreciated not having to change into robe and slippers when all I was there for was a 45 minute massage.

To regard this venue as a spa is an embarrassment to the word. Everything the hotel offered was substandard from the 'massage rooms' to the quality of the evening meal. They do however have a nice wine selection which helped the whole ideal go quicker.would not advice visiting unless on a business trip.
