Worth it for the price. Whilst this spa/hotel doesn't have all the fancy luxuries of some spa's that I have been to on other occasions, for the price, it is nice. I wouldn't want to put people off, in fairness there is nothing wrong with the hotel or spa experiences. I went with my mum and sister, and we all enjoyed our spa treatments, we had a mixture of the back, shoulder and neck massages, the facials, body scrub and having nails done. All treatments were very relaxing and the girl that did my treatments, whose name I have sadly forgot, was absolutely lovely. The only slight negatives of the spa, is that there isn't much else to do, whilst there is a relaxation room which is comfortable I wouldn't have wanted to spend more than an hour there, and the changing room is very small, only two toilets and showers which could cause issues when its busier. However as a whole it was clean and tidy so couldn't fault it only on size. I also used the gym whilst there, which again was small, but very good equipment. On a whole for the price I would recommend this if you want a cheapish afternoon spa retreat, the food in the bar lounge is very tasty, and the staff we very friendly and helpful. All in all I would recommend this hotel if your looking for a cost effective day, if however your more used to the high quality spa with pool, Jacuzzi and top facilities I would suggest spending more on a more specific spa so that you wouldn't be disappointed.
Fantastic day, staff wonderful who couldn't have done more to make the day. Changing facilities are the only let down.

Overall I throughly enjoyed my day and experience the facial is highly recommended and relaxing the products used left my skin feeling amazing. The only negative comments are about 5he changing rooms they are to small and cud maybe use a few changing cubicles. The toilets unfortunately at the time of our visit was dirty and they smelt. But as for the spa it was second to none
The spa experience and staff were brilliant the staff at reception were however not very friendly and unhelpful I appreciate they are two different departments but they need to work together to make the experience better for the spa customers I have had a similar experience twice now so it wasn't a one off - either someone from the spa hound come and greet their clients or the front reception staff need to be trained to show spa customers to the changing rooms, etc otherwise the beauty rooms will lose customers

The staff and treatments were great. Afternoon tea and staff in restaurant were great
No idea how this experience can really be termed a spa day, the facilities are simply insufficient- no jacuzzi, no pool
Just a relax room and a sauna do not make a spa
I don't consider a fitness suite to be part of a relaxing day
