It was one of the highlights of my visit in York. A must try experience to relax at the same time to start treating hair damage. Tracey was impeccable, she was very gentle all through out the procedure which made me sleep and snore.

I don’t remember most of the treatment because I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. However, my hair and scalp feel amazing. Tracy was warm, welcoming, and put me at ease straight away. She listened to my concerns and bespoke the treatment to my needs. Highly recommend, and will definitely book again….. hopefully i’ll remember more next time 🫣

The venue was warm clean & inviting creating a relaxing atmosphere from the start.The treatment was clearly explained, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout, including being wrapped up warmly and given a soothing eye mask.About 20 minutes into the treatment, I began to feel some discomfort, with an ache at the back of my head. This wasn’t due to anything done during the treatment,but it did make it harder to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
Despite this, the results were excellent
