I loved the entire experience and felt transported from life for a while as I was so relaxed whilst being pampered. The venue is great too, so easy in every way. Can’t wait to book in again xx

It was one of the highlights of my visit in York. A must try experience to relax at the same time to start treating hair damage. Tracey was impeccable, she was very gentle all through out the procedure which made me sleep and snore.

I don’t remember most of the treatment because I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. However, my hair and scalp feel amazing. Tracy was warm, welcoming, and put me at ease straight away. She listened to my concerns and bespoke the treatment to my needs. Highly recommend, and will definitely book again….. hopefully i’ll remember more next time 🫣
