The venue was warm clean & inviting creating a relaxing atmosphere from the start.The treatment was clearly explained, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout, including being wrapped up warmly and given a soothing eye mask.About 20 minutes into the treatment, I began to feel some discomfort, with an ache at the back of my head. This wasn’t due to anything done during the treatment,but it did make it harder to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
Despite this, the results were excellent

Tracy was absolutely fabulous & this is one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The atmosphere in the salon is gorgeous and Tracy has created a haven in the centre of York. I can’t wait to return 😊

I had a lovely head spa treatment with Tracy. I have never know an hour go so fast. Fab treatment and my hair and scalp felt great afterwards. Very comfortable throughout the treatment and so relaxing. Amazing and would highly recommend.
