Previously all staff were great but this time, a new lady started my gel manicure and she was a doing such a rushed and sloppy job that I had to point to her inconsistencies (filed some nails in different shapes and polish that was either smudged to edges of the skin or not evenly or cleanly distributed to sides). They should make sure to have manicurists and technicians that actually know how to file and paint before doing gel manicure.
