This was my first appointment with Fran. She really took the time to ask questions and understand how I hoped my hair to be. I love the end result! Fran was chatty and easy to talk to, the appointment was 1:1 with no one else in the salon so could feel at ease and comfortable straight away. Thanks Fran!
