I would have liked to put a tick for all of the previously mentioned qualities. Fran was friendly and welcoming.
The salon was immaculate and I felt relaxed
and she listened to what I wanted. She cut my hair as I had requested. Having washed my hair now a couple of times it just falls into place, a sign of a good cut 😊
