The venue is fine but on this visit I thought the 2 stylists were too busy discussing personal issues between themselves to fully concentrate on my hair cut and styling. Possibly Christmas excitement taking over too early and customer service being compromised?

I love this salon. They are always so friendly and they make sure that you are happy with your hair and don't mind any comments. Even though I am a new customer I feel very valued and treated like a long standing customer. Helen is a lovely lady and listens to what I want which is great as so many hairdressers style your hair the way they want.
