The BEST salon. All of the women who work there are supremely talented and I trust them implicitly - so much so that I rarely have any set ideas when I come in and always ask for their opinions and advice. I am one of Helen's regulars and she is brilliant - so knowledgeable and I'm always so happy with her creations. Helen, and everyone else, are so welcoming, warm and you always leave feeling that bit brighter. Could not recommend highly enough. Thanks Kate, Helen, Rosie and Isabelle!

The blow dry defo requires more expertise. The haircut was ok but I could have dried my hair at home and achieved the same results. No coffee nor tea was offered either.

The place looks nothing like the pictures, the walls are full of scuffs, making it look shabby and it may only be accessed through a men's salon downstairs. My hair was washed by literal children who were seemingly girls related to the owner or the other staff members - I was utterly speechless, your customers are not practice dolls. My haircut was one of the worst I've had, left and right-hand side were completely uneven, went home crying. Blowdry was done in 3 minutes and looked horrendous.
