I’ve been going to this place over the last 3 years and considering my hair was down to my waist I wasn’t too bothered by the fact that Alex overcut my hair (please make sure to double check with customer you have the right length before cutting). I was however bothered that I didn’t realise until the end he had not understood what I asked for. He overcompensated afterwards and took ages to blow dry my hair and continued cutting after my hair was dry! I’ll only go back if Yulia is still around.
