At the end of my haircut, I was pleased with what I could see, and the lady who cut my hair was really nice - both staff were very friendly, I can't fault the service. But when I got home, and more so this morning when I was styling my hair, I realised just how much it had been thinned. As it was being cut, the hairdresser was chopping into my hair with scissors quite roughly (I asked for some of the weight to be taken out), but I trusted her judgement, and she left the top as it was, because my layers had previously been cut too short and I didn't want them any shorter. But this morning I have realised, my hair is so dramatically thin from halfway down, and full on the top. My hair looks awful today, if I tie it up in a hair tie, there is barely enough to put up in to a bun, even though there is still a lot of length.
I would have said I'd return based on the service and friendliness of staff, but today I now have to go to another salon to try and rectify the situation, although I don't think its possible - my hair is completely straggly and in no way the same length at any point.
Julia was really nice and really precise. I got a shellac treatment that was an absolute bargain. The choice of natural shades was not so big, however, the quality of application is perfect. It's been a week since my visit to the salon and I cannot see one single chip on my nails. In addition, Julia offers free shellac removal which is very rare for nail salons.
