The staff were lovely and informative. Love my hair. The fumes were pretty bad though and I had a sore throat for about a week. But that's the treatment I guess. Won't repeat it though not cos my hair didn't out great, cos it did. But more because of the fumes. It doesn't feel healthy.

Essential place, the core service was more than acceptable and the lady was kind. However there are some fundamental drawbacks that make the experience not very enjoyable: place looks dirty, full of hair, strong smell of food, the staff ladies always loudly talking to each other in Russian or Lithuanian. My brush dropped on the dirty floor, the hairdresser just picked it up and kept brushing me. I am not sure conditioning was applied. You feel a bit like an intruder if you do not belong to the community. It is a pity because the service is otherwise professional so I would advise the firm thinks about making those easy improvements.
