Good value for money. Some of the staff are a bit relaxed due to the low price, do not give personal attention and get the cut done as quickly as possible. This was not case though in my first visit which was great..so consistency of the quality can be improved..

Haircut was fast and final outcome is okay. Hairwash was good as my hair feeps softer and smells realy good. The reception staff was friendly and even offered drinks.

I had my hair done by the male stylist (I forget his name but I believe he is also the owner). He's very nice, extremely responsive to customers on the phone and in person. He knows what he's doing (he had to match my root colour exactly despite me having it done in several different places the last few months). He knows his market and offers high quality professional hairdressing, convenient to the City in a good location, with little frills (you got to pay for that and it's unimportant to me so long as the job is done right in the right place at the right price). He even seems to have taken my feedback on board about being able to book root colour WITH a blow dry or with a cut and blowdry and it's now one of the options while booking on Treatwell. This will hopefully be my usual place as I need a good value place that does my roots right every 4 weeks. I've tried many - this is one of the best I've been so far.
