Let me start by saying that I never write reviews, but I've never been so upset with a haircut before, I could actually cry. I picked this place based on reviews and I don't know where I went wrong. Firstly the lady I had didn't even talk about what I wanted done, she Just went in and started to separate my hair until I asked about length. I then went onto my fringe, which are small long bits that either side of my face, I told her this and she said would I like it shaped, I told her it doesn't suit my face.. she then went on and started to shape it around my face ! I now have a mushroom look around my face and cannot believe it. I've never been so disappointed. My hair is completely ruined and there is nothing to do. I expect someone to talk through my cut with me, rather than do what they want, which is what has happened here. The lady was nice enough, however I am not happy about someone going at my hair in a way they think best. This might sound harsh, but I am very angry and there is nothing I can do.

I had "wash+blow dry for long hair" service and I was completely satisfy. Stuff is lovely, they did a great job and also managed my clip extensions for free. Fantastic value for money, I'm sure I'll come back and recommend to my friends.

However shampoo that was used I am afraid was not suitable for my hair type.
