don't expect a big hair salon, with flashy lights ect. The place is small and there was some restaurant next door that was getting ready for lunch service :) The two girls, though, are very nice and friendly and Ann- Marry (who cut my hair) delivered exactly the haircut that I was hoping for, and the best result I've ever had in London so far. Definitely go back!
