Really informative and knowledgable, treatment went better then I anticipated - I will definitely recommend to friends. My hair is lovely and took 5 minutes to blow dry into a salon sleek style! Exceeded expectations. If it lasts 3 months I will definitely get it re done - such great value!

All staff were friendly from start to finish. The treated was well explained to me and I have no complaints in that respect. I am yet to wash my hair so can't guarantee the results of the keratin treatment. It looks great now though, a lot healthier than befor. The salon itself could do with a repaint, new chairs and cleaning generally. I spent a substantial amount of money on this treatment and wasn't offered a glass of water, let alone tea or coffee! I think these aspects could be improved.
