The overall experience is terrible. Firstly I was not offered any water or drinks upon arrival, which is okay. However they used the big flat straighter when doing the treatment. It burned my skin on my upper neck. My neck has left with visible red mark. I complained, but the lady (Anna) just said it should never happened. I asked her to be very careful, then I got burned again on side of my head. I asked for ice for pain relief and she said it should not happened and she didn't have ice and they didn't even offer any discount or apologies afterwards. I was in a rush to go, so didn't have time to argue with them. In the evening, my upper neck got worse, burning sensations and hard to sleep unless I sleep sideways...
I filed a complaint to treatwell and send them pictures of my burned mark on my neck and the Salon refused to issue refund, no apologies.
I have never had a Brazilian blow dry which left me with visible burns and never have a salon which did something wrong and cause customer injury and didn't offer any compensation nor apologies.
I will not recommend this salon to anyone. I will take this matter with legal advice as it literally cause personal injury during treatment and they didn't provide any cares to their customer.
The environment was nice downstairs, but at the first floor where the pedicure was taking place it was quite bare and unwelcoming. Haircut was ok, nothing extraordinary or bad. The pedicure was so so. I felt like The girl did not take really good care of the feet, not scrubbing enough etc. The toe nails do look good though. She was kind of rough at times, but it was also her first day and I felt that she was stressed. Took longer than 45'. I would recommend it as a place you can go really quick after work.
Haven't visited this hair salon for a year, but service was still as excellent as my first visit. No fancy fixtures or fake conversation. Warm welcome and qualified staff ready to help. Warm welcome and intimate service without fussiness. Underestimated. Would definitely go back.
