Had my Brazilian keratin treatment done on Tuesday with Anna M. and it looked ok. After I washed my hair on Friday I could see all the damage and burnt hair on sides. Half of my hair on both sides are completely ruined and because it’s a treatment i didn’t expected this happen and also nobody informed me. I mentioned to a hairdresser that my friend had ruined hair from keratin and she reassured me that this is not happening by her. So please be careful when thinking of chemical treatment as my experience is awful.

Relaxed atmosphere & friendly staff. Unfortunately I think there was a miscommunication, I got home and realised I'd gone from quite thick hair to thin, limp hair. It was very cheap so I can't complain too much, but overall the haircut was disappointing.
