Lovely place and I must say Anna Maria was very lovely. My hair cut turned out nice at the salon when it was nicely blown and I was happy, but as usual, after washing my hair it just turned out really frizzy as expected. She thinned it so much on the outside so the frizzy dried ends are very obvious. It’s very difficult to maintain it.

Terrible experience. I was running in delay as my iPhone died, so, I had strong difficulty in finding the place, mostly because it is not actually Spitalfields as it advertises. When I arrived, the staff behaved extremely rudely and offered no flexibility nor option (even stated misleading info - “I have no space left today” when schedule on Treatwell provided otherwise). This never happened to me in London before, I’ve been to several saloons in last years and -honestly- it happened to be late and have extenuating circumstances occurring. So, I lost all the money and my precious time, as I spent my lunch break in this useless search. I cannot recommend this place, especially for professionals like me who are often in a rush and need some understanding in these situations. In my view, lack of flexibility is not acceptable for any business in a city like London. I hate to be critical but I felt very disappointed and hope this will help this business to ensure that a similar situation won’t happen to other clients in the future, under any circumstance.
As other reviews, this is no frills but the staff are lovely and pay great attention to detail. My only criticism was I said I didn’t want layers and she feathered it at the end but it still looks good so not the end of the world! Great value.
