It was a nice experience, with the staff being extremely welcoming and the atmosphere being upbeat. One thing for improvement was that I asked for layers to be cut in but I think the stylist forgot as I realised the next day these weren’t cut in and my hair is too heavy. Other than that, the stylist was brilliant and I would reccomend the salon to anyone
