After being cancelled on 5 minutes before the appointment was due and I was already there, we rearranged to just be cancelled on again. It wasn’t a great start to my Treatwell experience! I believe it was a freelance beautician so not the fault of the salon itself. Nevertheless, very disappointing.

Small, basic salon but the lady doing my facial was lovely and reassuring as it was my first time. Although worth noting this venue does not use numbing cream so treatment is fairly painful.
