This is the third time I have gone to the House of Hair. The first time was amazing, the woman really listened to me and made sure I was happy, and it was a great hair cut. The last two times have been ok, i've gotten a nice hair cut for a good price, but both times it ended up shorter than I asked for and there was a bit of a language barrier with the staff.
