Overall the haircut is not that bad but the Hairdresser was Russian and he wasn’t able to understand what I was saying .
I had to explain him how to blow dry my hair cause I was looking like a sheep.

I have been to House of Hair many times for hair cut, colour and keratin treatment and this is the first bad experience I have had unfortunately, not with the treatment I received but I asked the hairdresser (who I didn't recognise so must be new) to trim my fringe. I was very specific about what I wanted and he didn't pay attention and hacked at it so it's much shorter than requested (like above my eyebrows!!!) I came away very upset about it which ruined what had been a great treatment before that. Thankfully a fringe will grow reasonably quickly though!
