It was a great haircut - but eerily quiet in there! Think it may have been a language barrier but it was a little unsettling to have no way of talking to your hairdressers.

I was quite disappointed to find out that my hairdresser couldn’t speak English!! I struggled to explain the colour I wanted and for the haircut, the hairdresser didn’t even ask what hairstyle I wanted. I was a bit scared of the result to be honest.
It would have been nicer to know the salon was for east European customers considering that was the only language spoken in the salon

Lovely hairstylist! Salon is a bit rough and ready but I actually quite liked that as it wasn’t pretentious. Quick and efficient but would have been nice to have had more of a chat about what I was after blowdry-wise. Great value for money, would recommend.

Asked for just a trim, since I am trying to grow my hair. Staff can't really speak English apart from the owner so tried to communicate it by gesticulating. Anyway, overall I'm satisfied but if the haircut was to be more sophisticated, I think lack of communication would cause a problem.
