I had a blow dry and wouldn’t return. I wasn’t even asked how I wanted it styled. So I told the hairdresser I’d like waves using brush only, not tongues. He nodded that he understood. I got on with some work and looked up 10mins later and he’d dried my hair poker straight. He tried to rectify it but I left with a blow dry that I could have done myself. Really disappointed. Won’t return.

I honestly can't recommend House of Hair enough - it's superb. I always get an appointment at the time I want, even though I only book a week in advance. The staff are super friendly, very professional and always do an excellent job. And the prices are amazing! Very affordable. I won't go anywhere else in London to get my hair cut.
