Went for a balayage ended up with a head full of highlights - hey, not at all what I asked. Hard to communicate as well since the stylist didn’t speak English. I was lucky enough that the result itself was not too catastrophic as to ruin me just in time for Christmas and I just learned to accept the result. I did hide in my flat for about 48h though.
I find it unacceptable that the stylists all smell of tobacco from their hands too.
It’s good value for a simple trim/haircut but wouldn’t trust them with colour any time soon.
