The male haidresses that cut my hair doesn’t speak any English and I don’t know even his name, they don’t tell you that and a girl that speaks English saw me explaining to him what I wanted and didn’t say anything so I explained what I wanted and he did whatever he wanted or understood or wanted. My hair is horrible!
