Ladies beware - avoid this place!! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. No greeting, no acknowledgement when I arrived - just ignored. When I said I’d called several times trying to reschedule, I got a completely rude, almost mocking “oh, phone isn’t working”. Then I was told I’d have to pay extra to move my appointment. I agreed but asked if he could amend the booing through the app so I wouldn’t be marked as a no-show. He refused, again in a completely rude and unprofessional way.

I walked in and was barely greeted despite being the only customer and having a booking. I showed a reference photo displaying my bangs and then the stylist didn’t cut them like I’d asked, and essentially glued them to the back of my head. When I asked if he’d look at my bangs he acted confused and I left with my hair scraped back in a pony and really upset. Not good for female hairstyles.
