Usually I am really pleased, this was my third visit. I had a different stylist this time and the haircut didn't turn out that nice. They actually missed two strands of hair, so after I washed my bob cut, I had to cut two long strands myself. But usually they are really good. I guess we all have a bad day sometimes?
