I am super sorry to be leaving this review as my lady seemed like good people but I have to rate the service that I have paid for ....
I went to this place after reading all the fab reviews and I really was struggling for the past couple of days to decide if I should ruin their rating with my review or just leave it .
Well I have to speak up because wasting money on looking and feeling like crap is not nice and maybe I will save someone from making same mistake .
As I said ; I feel horrible writing this as my lady was in her 40-50s and she seemed very sweet but what she done to my hair was just ... awful .
You go to hairdresser to feel better and look better - not worst .
I though I will be sat down and asked what we doing after entering the salon - nope . To the sink we go .
After she washed my hair there was little communication but we established split ends cut . I have a Fringe that needed trimming as well but I am very particular about it and like it trimmed when the hair is dry. I have requested that but 3 times but I don’t think she paid attention . I didn’t trust her one bit so I stoped her before she could do more damage than good . The I had my
Split ends cut and my hair blow dried .
Oh the horror :( she blow dried my then fine hair with scratching my scalp with bristle brush and smearing head oils all over my hair so the end result what cowlick hair that just lied flat on my head and we’re incredibly greasy even though I just had them washed .
I just ran out of there .
And I won’t come back .
I got home crying , had to wash my hair myself , it was super oily , and I am super unimpressed
