Went for a Brazilian Blow Dry, asked the stylist if we could add a curl at the end, she said no but then proceeded to do tight curls in the whole of the my hair, I asked how it would look after washing and she said she didn't know as had never done it before. The appointment was for 2.5 hours and I was done in 1 hour, because she didn't do the many rounds of straightening meant to go into a Brazilian Blow Dry. After first wash my hair looked terrible with big kinks in it and has ever since.

I went few weeks ago to have a good trim after the summer seasons, at the beginning I was sceptic as I don't really like to have the hair cut in UK hence it's so expensive and sometimes not great, but Helen did such a good job, she understood what I wanted and made my hair look more healthy! I will Definetely go back to her. Oh, and the price incredibly amazing I thought it would be haircut and rough dry, Helen also blowdried and used some cream to protect my dry hair while styling!!🤩
