The method used was completely different to last time I came here for a Brazilian blow dry, and the results have also been completely different. My hair feels if anything more dry and slightly sticky and even harder to get a brush through. It’s definitely straighter but whatever new method or product was used absolutely hasn’t worked.

I did a root colour to dye my white roots a dark brown colour. I’ve never had any issues during this simple task in other salons, but this salon did not manage to cover my white hair. They asked me if I took any pills etc which I had not. I asked for a refund and they told me to talk to the manager, Arthur. I called Arthur 3-4 days later and informed him about this. He said he would come back to me and I’ve not heard from him since thus I’m leaving this review. If I have given the feedback to the stylist they have not done what I have asked them to do, I should be refunded. Never ever heading here again.
