Hair was cut way to short and all at 1 length, booked 2 different options accidentally and asked if the oaymwnt was correct for what I received it but they said it was fine, I feel like I’ve been double charged. £60 for a haircut I don’t like with a wash only with shampoo - not even conditioner…
