Disappointing to have booked with a certain hairdresser who I've had for years, to then turn up and have my hair cut by someone else with no notice. Didn't even say it was someone different at reception on arrival. Absolutely not the fault of the different hairdresser, but I felt incredibly anxious to have my haircut by someone new to me when it was not expected. You should only be able to book with a hairdresser when they actually work, or not give the option to choose someone at all.

It was a pleasure to have my hair cut and blow dried. I can honestly say they have an amazing young lady who shampoo’s. I’ve never had a better hair wash, sadly I don’t know her name. I enjoy being able to book on line ,it’s very convenient.

Salon contacted me to confirm booking. On arrival I was greeted and seated immediately by a member of staff who also asked if I would like a drink. Ciara discussed what I wanted done & I was taken to the backwash. I am really pleased with the wash, cut & blow and enjoyed my experience so much, I have booked a return visit.

Good price and friendly staff. Didn't do what I asked. Specifically asked for choppy layers but got very blunt horizontal cut. Looked fine but will need to go and get it actually cut into a style somewhere else.
