The reason I gave it 1 star
When I arrived for my apt at 11.30 the receptionist just smirked and said it was not booked.My email confirmed the apt which I gave her my phone to look.But it was not booked in on there side ....
Will not be using this service ever again and I'll make everyone aware not to use treatwell its dreadful.
I took time in travelling and making arrangements for childcare.
Very unhappy to say the least
