This was my first time at Hair of Finesse and I was treated with friendly team members upon arrival and Annie was honest and lovely whilst I had my appointment. A lovely hidden gem which I’ll definitely be returning to!

Booked in with Ciera, however an apprentice cut my daughters hair. Warm welcome on arrival. Not much engagement from staff member and I asked for layers. When she was done, I asked if she was putting the layers in, to which the reply was "no, because I think they're too high maintenance!" Overall a good haircut, just very disappointed that the layers wernt put in as asked! It's not for someone to tell me what's high maintenance, maybe advise, but should have been my decision to make.
