My stylist was called Caroline. It should have been Annie greenwood but on arrival for my appointment it was changed. The stylist I had wasn’t very experienced. I didn’t like my hair cut my fringe was too short. Caroline said she wasn’t used to cutting my style of hair and was very unsure. I wouldn’t allow her to cut my hair again. She was a lovely young girl and very polite. But not experienced enough.

House of Finesse always look after you and make you feel welcome & relaxed. The staff are very friendly and take time to make sure you're happy with how your cut is going as well as the finished product. I won't go anywhere else.

I attended my appointment booked specifically with a senior stylist Ciera but the appointment was done by Holly who is a junior stylist yet I paid the price for a senior? I asked for a curly blow which I have had many times but Holly stared with the back so I was struggling with all the weight of the brushes all at the back for at least 30 mins. Unfortunately all my curls had fallen out by the time I got home. I have been to this salon before and never had any problems. Was very disappointed.
