I arrived at House of Finesse and the team were two stylists down (due to traffic), and people were arriving with bookings which had not made it onto the system.
Despite these trying circumstances, the whole team were energised, professional, communicative and bright, despite being in a truly stressful and adverse situation. I was given a complimentary hair mask, my wait time was genuinely fine, and Caroline completely understood my hair needs and totally delivered the cut I wanted.
