Was on my way to appointment to receive a text less than an hour before that my appointment had been moved. No notice, no reason, just moved. As I was on my way in I went to the salon anyway to see if anything could be done. Apparently the girl I had booked with had left, not really my issue. I was really unhappy but they did sort it, get me booked in and my stylist, Katie was amazing. Awful start but great finish and would go back. x

Emma was wonderful. She made my daughter feel really relaxed and listened to what she wanted. Her haircut is just what she wanted and they’ve already discussed her next one! She loved the salon and all the other staff were friendly too. A perfect birthday treat.
