I booked an appointment with any “stylist” paying slightly more than the junior stylist option. I was allocated an appointment with Maddison. However on the day my appointment was with Kelsey who did a good job but I have just found out was an apprentice. A bit disappointed to pay for a more experienced stylist and then have my appointment with an apprentice.
Like I said she did a great job but feel like the price should have reflected her level of experience.
