I have had kelsey before and she is very good at blow drying and a lovely girl. On this occasion I did not have Kelsey - not sure why - I had Connie who was good but I prefer to be told if someone else is doing my hair as you do get used to the one person and they get used to your hair.

called en route to appt but as I'd booked after 6pm it hadn't synced to the salons system. I'd paid for appt with a junior stylist but was offered an appt with an apprentice. I queried the price but was told it was the same. Unhappy with the finish.
