Therapist was lovely, treatment was great. I thought the salon was quite noisy and also the decor wasn't very "salon-like", it just didn't have that same feel that most other salons have (uncluttered, nice decor and a chilled atmosphere). But as I said, treatment and therapist were lovely, it was good value and I was seen on time.

If it’s possible to describe a full leg wax as enjoyable... I would. It was! Elmas was fantastic, friendly knowledgeable and very thorough. The best wax I’ve had. Will definitely go back again for all my treatments.

Staff are very friendly and professional. They keep you informed during the treatment which is great as during a lash lift you need to keep your eyes shut. They also managed to fit me an unplanned lash tint too!

Love Beautie Lab and loved my shellac pedicure! The atmosphere here is very friendly and relaxed, and the pedicure with Yulia (who is lovely) was brilliant. Will definitely be returning!
